STORY
Jo Vincent Gonzaga and Christine Sicangco founded CSLDI in 1994, following years of lighting design education and training in New York City. Since then, Gonzaga and Sicangco's research-led practice has developed lighting experiences for hundreds of prestigious real-estate brands, high-rise commercial buildings, and magazine-featured residences.

Today, CSLDI, Inc. is a collaborative team of lighting designers, architects, interior designers, electrical engineers, graphic designers and design professionals
recognized for the excellence of its portfolio and quality of client partnership.

CHRISTINE SICANGCO, IALD
PRINCIPAL
Christine Sicangco graduated from Parsons School of Design with a Master of Fine Arts in Architectural Lighting Design. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in Environmental Design from the San Diego State University in San Diego, California.

Christine worked for two lighting design firms in New York mainly Hortlon Lees Lighting Design, Inc. and Johnson Scwhinghammer Lighting Consultants where she was exposed to projects such as retail, hospitality, corporate headquarters, hospitals and airports.
As principal of CSLDI Christine has worked on a wide range of varying projects which include Hotels Resort and Casinos, Retail and Shopping malls, Mixed use Development and Townships, Residential towers and communities, Office headquartes, Museums, Churches, Embassies, Performing Arts Theatres and High End Residences.

JO VINCENT GONZAGA
PRINCIPAL
Jo Vincent T. Gonzaga graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California with a degree in BS Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. He also attended Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California's School of Business Administration.
​
He co-founded CSLDI in 1994, setting down its roots with designed lighting fixtures. Designing and manufacturing lights using indigenous materials both for local and international markets, CSLDI received several awards (both locally and internationally) for its lighting designed products.
​
In 2005, the firm focused on Architectural Lighting Design. Since then, CSLDI’s body of work has grown to encompass a wide range of projects including lighting design for commercial retail environments, malls, hotels, historic renovation/adaptive re-use, master planning, retail, facades, museums, restaurants, offices mixed used projects, landscapes, and site development for leading land developers in the Philippines.
